As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Locker+ locations, providing top-notch service to our customers, and working collaboratively with your team to drive success. Your role will involve receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You will also be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. You will also need to be highly organized, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
