Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent Written and Verbal Customer Service Experience: You should have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Outlook: You should be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and have experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Availability: You must be available to work between 7am-10pm, 5 days a week, including at least 1 weekend.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Experience in a Remote Customer Service Role: Previous experience working in a remote customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Live Chat Software: Experience with live chat software and other customer communication tools is an asset.
