Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking new applications and processing payments via phone
- Documenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries
- Updating and changing account holder information
- Basic data entry
- Follow-up mail and email correspondence
- Performing account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests
- Accurately explaining the terms and conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account
- Preparing reports, including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1+ year of consecutive Customer Service Experience
- Call Center experience is not required, but it is a plus
- 1+ year of experience working with a computer system
- Proficient data entry skills
- Positive demeanor and excellent Customer Service Skills
- Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
