Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a career-driven individual with a passion for customer service and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Scheduling, you'll need to be self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask with ease. If you have experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or service industry, that's a plus! We're looking for someone who is:
- Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Able to provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Skilled in time management, prioritization, and problem-solving
- Familiar with dispatching software, such as ServiceTitan, and Google Suite
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Scheduling at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer phones, respond to emails, and manage service appointments
- Coordinating scheduling: Schedule technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, and dispatch them to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing technician schedules: Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes
- Serving as a point of contact: Respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and address concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining systems and records: Organize and maintain systems for documents, invoices, and client records, and process payments from customers
- Implementing new systems: Assist in setting up and implementing new software, such as ServiceTitan
- Additional responsibilities: Support the growth of the company by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatching: Preferably in a similar industry such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services
- Proficiency in software: Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan
- Excellent time management skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Clear background check: Must have a clear background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience: Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or service terminology, processes, and materials
- ServiceTitan experience: Previous experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software
