Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Learn about Blithequark's history, products, and services, as well as the foodservice industry, to efficiently navigate internal systems.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and email, with a focus on excellent customer experiences, enhanced customer loyalty, and increased business sales.
- Ensure customers have the most complete and up-to-date information about the status of their orders.
- Partner with other departments to support both customers and the company.
- Analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions within our business model.

Requirements and Qualifications

Technical Requirements:
- Cable or fiber internet connections with consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload internet speeds.
- Quiet and distraction-free work area.
- Access to a home router and modem.
- Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; conversational fluency in English.
- Proficient typing abilities.
Work Schedule and Physical Demands
The initial 60-day training period requires working from 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday. After the training period, the work schedule will be 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday.
- Work is performed while sitting and/or standing for at least 8 hours each day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations while using a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
Remote Work Qualifications
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection.
- Access to a home router and modem.
- Dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free.
- Valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.).
