Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, sorting, and interpreting data in an organized manner to ensure efficient data entry, including matching assemblies with batch tickets.
- Closing Batch Tickets for both locations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reading and understanding product formulas, building sheets, and bill of materials, with a strong grasp of units of measure.
- Clarifying missing information by contacting document authors, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintaining current tracking systems and updating existing systems to meet future requirements, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Understanding the management of Quality Systems, including SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices, to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
- Adhering to PPE requirements as required, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Performing other duties as assigned, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bilingual English/Spanish (reading/writing/speaking) is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An Associate degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of food safety and quality regulations.
