Job Summary
As a Data Entry Technician, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication. You will work independently in a remote setting, using standard office equipment and software. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented and conscientious, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks, including typing, scanning, and imaging documents
- Maintain departmental logs, spreadsheets, and databases
- Monitor supply stock and order supplies as needed
- Assist other staff members with related tasks on an as-needed basis
- Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests
- Check workflow reports to ensure required data is available
- Request missing documentation on a case-by-case basis
- Output, picture, and list reports
- Prepare correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience
