Position Overview: ENERGY SERVICES DATA ENTRY CLERK - REMOTE | WFH
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team remotely at blithequark. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Email and Document Management: Monitor emails, log documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt, maintaining organized digital files and ensuring timely responses.
- Database Management: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc., ensuring data integrity and security.
- File Organization and Maintenance: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements, and adhering to confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services, ensuring a cohesive and effective team approach.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc., providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Energy Services Programs.
- Remote Work and Availability: Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a remote work environment.
- Training and Development: Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings, and participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities, ensuring ongoing learning and growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role with blithequark, you will need:
- Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes, demonstrating a commitment to social justice and community development.
- Additional Qualifications: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education, ensuring a strong foundation for success in the role.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and provide culturally sensitive support.
