Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Remote Nurse Practitioner to join our Digital Wellness Center team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide quality, evidence-based medical care to our patient population through virtual consultations, diagnoses, and treatment. You will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality, evidence-based medical care that is routinely provided in a primary care setting, including diagnosing and treating patients via phone or video consultations.
- Conduct medical consultations, provide referrals to appropriate medical resources or specialties, and identify emergency situations, providing care within your legal scope of practice and as defined by Premise Health's privileging process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of our patients.
- Stay current with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and advance the field of primary care.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's degree (MSN) in Nursing required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice, with national certification as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
- Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for medical providers, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification may also be required based on contract scope of services.
- Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader, if allowed within the state of practice.
- At least three years of post-residency clinical experience in a primary care, urgent care, or emergency room setting, with prior telehealth experience required.

- Experience working in a virtual or telehealth setting, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of delivering care remotely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, while also collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $98,000-130,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
