Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process packages for domestic and international shipping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Sort and process postal mail for mailbox customers, maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Provide printing and copying services for quick prints and large print jobs, meeting customer deadlines and expectations
- Manage a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for customers and teammates
- Greet customers in a timely manner, responding to their needs and providing personalized support
- Continuously learn and grow, developing expertise in packing and shipping items, producing quality print products, and educating customers on our products and services

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a team-oriented environment
