Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Technical Outreach teams as an AI-informed expert to differentiate Google Cloud to our clients, explaining technical features, assisting clients in designing models, and troubleshooting potential issues.
- Collaborate with clients and product development to shape the Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) platform and assist clients in utilizing specific AI (ML) hardware created by Google.
- Identify and qualify business potential opportunities, grasp key client technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
- Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with Google's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions affecting client adoption of Google Cloud.
- Work with clients to demonstrate and model Google Cloud product integrations in client/partner environments, suggesting integration strategies, enterprise models, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement a total solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
- Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as necessary.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in virtualization or cloud local designs in a client-facing or support role.
- Experience with big data, AI, and mathematical programming systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to advance rapidly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience building AI solutions and using specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks).
- Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for mobile, distributed systems.
