Key Responsibilities
- Answer 2-3 incoming chats using LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform, providing timely and effective support to customers
- Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products
- Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability

What You'll Need
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years minimum customer service experience, preferably in a chat or call center environment
- Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
- Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
- A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality

- Previous experience in the vision care industry or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
