Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Cleaning Services Provide top-notch cleaning services to our clients' homes, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment Work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively Use our user-friendly smartphone app to manage your schedule and complete tasks Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring excellent customer service Travel to client homes within a 30-minute drive from your residence, using your own vehicle Adhere to our high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For 1+ year of residential cleaning experience Valid Driver's License, Insurance, and Registration Reliable personal vehicle for traveling to client homes Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 25lbs as needed Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications: A Plus for Your Application Previous experience working with a cleaning company or in a related field Transferable job experience or relevant skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies What We Offer: Competitive Pay, Benefits, and Growth Opportunities As a Clean Day Difference Maker, you'll enjoy: Competitive Pay: $17 (starting) to $23/hr + Tips + Mile Reimbursement Incentives + Biweekly Direct Deposits for pay and mileage Steady Schedule = mainly M-F, daylight (weekend jobs pay $1 more per hour) Flexible Scheduling: We ONLY schedule according to YOUR repetitive weekly availability!
