About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will lead and work with all HR projects and initiatives on the side of the client group through collaboration across key business and HR partners. You will act as a subject matter expert to business leaders on all talent matters, including organizational effectiveness, leader effectiveness, change management, organizational design, and learning opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following capabilities and abilities:

Education

A bachelor's degree from a reputable college, ideally in Business, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field, is required. A master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role will be commensurate with internal equity and may vary based on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications, among other factors.
