Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with a focus on iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect
Essential Qualifications
- Strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge
- Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home, with high-speed internet and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical support experience, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and client products
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with our team
