- Maintaining accurate and detailed call notes and reports, updating our CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Gathering and evaluating relevant data to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively, documenting all interactions and actions taken.
- Recording customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using this information to improve our services and customer experience.

Requirements for Success
