About the Role

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and empathetic manner
- Focusing on customer retention by providing personalized support, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
- Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management to ensure prompt resolution
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution
- Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in the CRM to maintain accurate records
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that customer interactions are thoroughly documented
- Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education
- Bilingual skills, which are considered a plus, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
- Some sales and customer service experience, providing a solid understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, with proper grammar and a professional tone
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, ensuring that multiple customer interactions are managed efficiently
