About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Infrastructure Intern - IT Services to join our Property & Casualty IT Services team for the summer of 2025. As an integral part of our Infrastructure team, you will work closely with program and project managers to coordinate resources, equipment, meetings, and information. Your primary objective will be to organize projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT services, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, and work hours to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings to guarantee effective communication and project progression Ensuring project deadlines are met and undertaking project tasks as required, such as testing systems or analyzing data Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and maintaining appropriate documentation for each project Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings and taking meeting minutes to facilitate clear communication and decision-making Tracking open risks and issues, following up on solutions and deadlines associated with those, and facilitating project meetings as needed Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and contribute to the organization's goals Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as outstanding organizational skills. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is crucial, along with the capacity to work on tight deadlines as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is also essential. We are looking for a first or second-year student pursuing an IT-related degree, who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our team.
