Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop training programs that support our global workforce
• Apply instructional design principles and methodologies to create engaging and effective training content
• Develop e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and SCORM-compliant content creation
• Work on graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia projects to support training content development
• Conduct research and analysis to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them
• Participate in the deployment and tracking of e-learning content on LMS platforms
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content that meets business objectives

Essential Qualifications

• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences (ITLS), Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future
• Basic working knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and SCORM-compliant content creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and proven leadership and business acumen skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Proficient in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of LMS platforms and how e-learning content is deployed and tracked (e.g., ComplianceWire, Cornerstone)
• Familiarity with cGMP, the medical device industry, or healthcare-related training content
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia)
