As an Integrated Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless entry of critical information into our AS400 system, derived from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers.

Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to enter information into AS400 from Bills of Lading (BOL) with utmost accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all data is processed in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and correcting errors on BOLs prior to data entry, maintaining high production levels while ensuring accuracy, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Job Qualifications

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, providing a solid foundation for future growth and development.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry, with a strong understanding of shipping/transportation documents. Additionally, the ability to type 50 wpm with no errors is essential, along with proficiency in AS400 and accurate typing and spelling skills.
