You will serve as the interface between the business departments and internal IT, as well as external service providers, developing a corresponding network of partners and stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing effective and sustainable IT solutions that align with our IT strategy and principles. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities Provide expert advice and support on IT-related matters, including requirements management, effort estimation, and project structuring Collaborate with internal IT teams and external service providers to develop and implement IT solutions that meet business needs Manage projects in the area of Digital Business + IT, serving as an IT coordinator or IT sub-project manager in projects of the business departments Support the implementation of tender procedures and the evaluation of suitable IT solutions Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement across our organization Essential Qualifications A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or many years of relevant professional experience with further specialist training Experience in the interface function between business and IT, with a strong understanding of IT principles and practices Specialist knowledge and experience in areas such as SAP (S/4HANA, BTP, IS-U), IT basics, IT infrastructure, IT consulting, interfaces/integrations, software development, requirements management, and project management Experience in the energy industry, particularly in areas such as energy supply, energy services (PV, heating solutions, e-mobility), grid or production operations, and HR processes High IT affinity, strong analytical and procedural understanding, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Certifications or training in IT service management, project management, or related fields Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices Knowledge of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT) Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively Skills and Competencies Strong business acumen and understanding of the energy industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong customer orientation and sense of responsibility, with a motivation to support the specialist departments of the Workwarp Group Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
