In this exciting role, you will be part of the Business Strategy IT team, responsible for driving the overall IT Transformation Program, Global Team, and AIR4. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in driving the overall IT Transformation Program, Global Team, and AIR4
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and solutions
- Provide corporate-level communications, support worker engagement activities, business change and change management support, business analysis, data analysis, and/or technical support for the Data Innovation organization
- Work on complex projects, analyzing data and information to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, IT, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, management, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle, cloud computing, and/or computer hardware components and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- A commitment to safety and security, with a strong emphasis on protecting self, others, and individual data
