Perform system configurations, manage data loads (EIBs), and maintain Sandbox environments to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to changing organizational needs.
- Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Workday HCM and recruiting modules by monitoring data feeds, conducting regular audits, and addressing any discrepancies promptly. This role requires a meticulous approach to data management, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of data quality.
- Reporting and Analytics: Utilize Workday reporting tools to generate regular and ad-hoc reports on recruiting metrics, trends, and compliance.
