About the Position and Our Team
We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Social Media Community Manager to manage our brand's online reputation and build a strong community of true BURGA lovers across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong brand reputation by representing our voice in discussions about our products across various social media channels
- Develop and implement community communication initiatives to create a loyal community of BURGA fans
- Engage with communities across social media platforms by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitate and monitor online product reviews and endorsements on social media to ensure a positive brand image
- Help manage positive and negative feedback, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, including trending TikTok sounds and recent memes, to ensure our brand remains relevant and engaging
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
- Analyze social media metrics to track engagement, growth, and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Essential Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a community or support manager, working with global audiences and/or launching community initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
- Strong understanding of the social web, including social networks, blogs, microblogs, forums, and other online platforms
- Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, pop culture, online marketing, and marketing channels
- Ability to clearly communicate expectations and provide constructive feedback
- A burning desire to learn and grow, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
- Experience with content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video production
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
