Job Summary

As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate at Blithequark, you will be knowledgeable in all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. You will consistently deliver a positive customer experience to all customers, taking customer orders, coordinating store activities, providing pricing information, and recommending Blithequark products and services. With leadership direction, you may provide direction to the Consultant and solve escalated customer issues.
