Key Responsibilities Operate company-owned flatbed trucks, including Hino Cab-over medium duty flatbed and Kenworth day cab with new 53' trailer, to deliver and pick up products from customers. Navigate local and regional routes, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to DOT regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks on assigned vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, representing Mid South Roller and providing excellent customer service. Manage and maintain accurate records, including logs and delivery documentation. Participate in company-sponsored training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of commercial flatbed driving experience. Class A CDL with a clean driving record. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and a commitment to safety. Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and commitment to excellence. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Hino or Kenworth trucks. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair. Familiarity with scheduling and routing software.
