About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Manager, Organizational Design & Job Architecture to lead our efforts in defining and managing the company's job architecture and driving strategic, company-wide organizational design and effectiveness initiatives. As a key partner to our Director of Org Design and Effectiveness, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying job architecture designs, analyzing employee data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $420,000, depending on experience and qualifications. You'll also have the opportunity to choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
