Job Summary We're seeking an exceptional Math Tutor to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. As a Math Tutor, you'll be responsible for creating an engaging and productive learning experience for students, both in-center and online. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students using the Mathnasium Method ? Participate in positive interactions with parents and establish a high level of confidence and program value Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes Teach in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method ? , terminology, and teaching practices Assess students' progress throughout instructional sessions and work collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience for students Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment Assist with non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need: A passion for math and working with students Excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I Ability to balance various ongoing tasks Willingness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method ?
