Job Overview The Merchandiser Flex NU is a critical role that plays a vital part in presenting our products in a way that captures the attention of consumers at our customer retail locations. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following all quality guidelines. Your ability to follow plan sets, planograms, and communicate effectively with store management and cross-functional personnel will be essential in achieving our goals. Key Responsibilities Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted. Rotates product. Fills and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; checks vendor to ensure proper operation Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged and out of date product to the branch Fosters business relationship with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and upcoming activities discussions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing Prior customer service experience in a retail setting (preferred) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively to satisfy the needs of a variety of customers with different demands and expectations Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively) Ability to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision Critical thinking skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Excellent driving history Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs. repetitively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we believe in investing in our teammates' growth and development. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $14.80 to $18.50 per hour, depending on experience.
