Key Responsibilities Watch and tag kids' content on Netflix, including TV shows and movies, to ensure accurate metadata and compliance with our content guidelines Evaluate content for age appropriateness, genre, and other relevant attributes to ensure accurate tagging and categorization Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content acquisition, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in content tagging and evaluation Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in kids' entertainment, including new releases, popular franchises, and emerging talent Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our metadata and content evaluation processes Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as film, television, media studies, or a related discipline At least 2 years of experience in content evaluation, tagging, or a related field, preferably in the entertainment industry Strong knowledge of kids' entertainment, including TV shows, movies, and franchises, as well as industry trends and developments Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience working with metadata and content evaluation systems, including tagging and categorization tools and software Knowledge of content discovery and recommendation algorithms, including how metadata and tagging impact content visibility and engagement Familiarity with Netflix's content guidelines and policies, including our approach to kids' entertainment and age appropriateness Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth and Development Opportunities At Netflix, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
