About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and talented New Business Intern to join our team. As a New Business Intern, you will play a critical role in driving success by reviewing and researching business problems, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders, and executing solutions to improve team results. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Business Problem-Solving : Review and research business problems impacting the New Business team, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with leaders, peers, and stakeholders on solutions, and communicate progress and changes to stakeholders. Solution Execution : Drive execution of solutions to improve team results, and track improvements throughout the project. Project Outcomes : Present project outcomes and learnings at the internship's end. Time Management : Self-direct, manage time, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Teamwork : Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals. About You We're looking for students who are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field. You should possess the following skills and qualifications: Technical Skills : Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly learn AssetMark technology systems. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present project outcomes and learnings. Time Management : Ability to self-direct, manage time, and prioritize tasks. Attention to Detail : Attention to detail and accuracy in work products. Teamwork : Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Academic Achievement : Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
