As a New Graduate HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in providing HR support to our team members, answering questions, and responding to requests regarding employment and contracts. You will be responsible for maintaining our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing team member changes and new joiners. You will also have the opportunity to own global projects, such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives, and partner with managers and employees to drive the people strategy for your areas of responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an exceptional academic track record from both high school and university. Experience working in an entry-level role in an HR/People team, preferably in the Technology industry, is beneficial. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure. You should be self-motivated, results-orientated, and have a clear focus on accuracy. A high level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data is essential.
