Key Responsibilities As a Non-IT Recruiter at Workwarp, your primary focus will be on delivering effective recruitment solutions to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals for non-IT positions. Job Advertising: Posting job openings on relevant platforms and ensuring they are attractive and clear to potential candidates. Resume Review & Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting qualified candidates for interviews. Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. Candidate Evaluation: Evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone and in-person interviews, and using assessments where necessary. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements, desired qualifications, and team culture to create accurate job descriptions. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extending job offers to selected candidates, handling negotiations, and managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Recruitment Metrics: Tracking and reporting on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Proven Work Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns. Familiarity with Non-IT Job Requirements: In-depth knowledge of non-IT job requirements and industry standards, with the ability to understand the nuances of different roles and industries. Sourcing Techniques and Tools: Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and recruitment software. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Strong Organizational and Time Management Abilities: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Relevant Field: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field is preferred, although not essential.
