Your key responsibilities will include: Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals for non-IT positions. Job Advertising: Posting job openings on relevant platforms and ensuring they are attractive and clear to potential candidates. Resume Review & Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting qualified candidates for interviews. Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. Candidate Evaluation: Evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone and in-person interviews, and using assessments where necessary. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements, desired qualifications, and team culture to create accurate job descriptions. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Proven Work Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns.
