Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office and Warehouse Janitor to join our Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facility's cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance. Your duties will include keeping our office and warehouse areas tidy, planning and managing your time effectively, completing simple tasks and errands, and contributing to special projects that improve our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the office and warehouse areas clean, organized, and well-maintained, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
- Plan and manage your time effectively to complete tasks and errands in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform simple tasks and errands as needed, such as restocking supplies, disposing of waste, and maintaining equipment.
- Contribute to special projects that improve warehouse operations, such as organizing storage areas, implementing new cleaning procedures, and suggesting process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members through written correspondence, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and independently.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
Basic Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to lift up to 49lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to move over, under, and around shelves and other objects.
- Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- 1+ year of experience working with computers, including Office, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Exhibit good job performance and behavior, as measured through indicators such as teamwork, attendance, quality, and productivity.
- Open to learning new skills and growing with the company.

Work Environment and Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position, with a schedule of 3 days per week, 2 hours per shift. Our facility is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and we are looking for individuals who are flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in this type of setting.
