Our team is comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients and their customers. **The Role** As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers via live chat on their websites. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your role will be critical in shaping their experience with arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats**: You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. * **Evaluating Customer Interactions**: You'll need to assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of support. * **Creating Relationships with New Customers**: You'll be responsible for building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide tailored support to meet their expectations. * **Promoting Client Products and Services**: You'll have the opportunity to promote our clients' products and services to customers, helping to drive sales and revenue growth. * **Providing Administrative Support**: You'll provide administrative support to the customer service team, including tasks such as data entry, reporting, and other duties as needed. **Key Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * **Strong Work Ethic**: You'll need to be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a larger team-oriented environment. * **PC Keyboarding and Internet Experience**: You'll need to have basic computer skills, including keyboarding and internet experience. * **Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: You'll need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. * **Upbeat Positive Attitude and Professional Demeanor**: You'll need to have a positive and professional attitude, with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure. * **Articulate and Well-Accustomed to a Client-Facing Role**: You'll need to be comfortable interacting with customers in a client-facing role, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. * **Basic Technical Skills**: You'll need to have basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate through smartphone and computer applications. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * **Proficient Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English**: You'll need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to compose professional emails and interact with customers in a clear and concise manner. * **The Ability to Compose Professional Emails**: You'll need to have the ability to compose professional emails, including the ability to write clear and concise subject lines and body copy. **What We Offer** As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
