**Responsibilities**
As a blithequark Online Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating the printing and distribution of online pick tickets multiple times daily
* Assisting customers via phone and email ticketing system to make order changes, place orders, and resolve issues
* Checking in and completing all online returns
* Answering all inbound phone calls and routing to the appropriate team member when necessary
* Assisting the warehouse picking team with questions on tickets and orders
* Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned and directed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An associate's degree or higher (relevant work experience may be considered as a substitute for degree)
* A professional and polite attitude and demeanor
* Previous experience in customer service and with web-based customer service platforms (a plus)
