We're excited to announce an opportunity for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer support to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a typical call center job; we're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot, making every interaction a valuable opportunity to build trust and loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a professional and empathetic manner
- Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License, with arenaflex covering the costs of your time and materials
- Work independently, taking initiative and working with minimal supervision to resolve customer issues and improve our services
- Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need when they need it
- Make decisions, problem-solve, and uphold an ethical standard, reflecting arenaflex's commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction
- Manage individual stress and composure, ensuring that you remain focused and composed, even in challenging situations
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our team
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A designated space and internet capability to work from home, ensuring that you can provide uninterrupted support to our customers
- The ability to pass a background check, reflecting our commitment to trust and security
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite, enabling you to efficiently manage customer interactions and data
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional support and resolve complex issues
