Essential Functions and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License, with paid support and training from our team
- Working independently, taking initiative, and managing your workload with minimal supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance targets

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
