Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, administration, and operation of Adobe Target to support client initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
- Develop and implement testing and personalization strategies that drive business results, based on client objectives and industry best practices.
- Conduct assessments and audits of existing client digital ecosystems, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Create project plans that outline tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and owners, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Monitor the effectiveness of optimization programs and continuously improve prescribed testing plans to drive maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to finalize content for personalization, A/B testing, and multivariant testing, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Provide consulting and roadmap development for website optimization and customized experience strategies to clients, driving business growth and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements are met.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the digital domain, with a focus on using technology to solve business problems.
- 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Target, with a proven track record of delivering successful optimization programs.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing definition of optimization programs, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and data reporting.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and intermediate JavaScript skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tag management systems and data layers, with a strong understanding of Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
- Understanding of database management and APIs, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
