Job Overview: Overnight Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Overnight Customer Service Representative. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for processing consumer loan applications, managing payment arrangements, and addressing customer inquiries during our overnight shift (11 PM to 7 AM). This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, following an initial one-week training period conducted from 8 AM to 5 PM.
