A Day in the Life

As an Overnight Pharmacy Technician Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist with arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing order entry tasks with precision and accuracy
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless medication dispensing processes
• Triage customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic prescriptions to ensure timely processing
• Providing dispensing pharmacists with critical information regarding allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other flagged items
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following qualifications:

• Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician (or as required by state law)
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experiences are preferred:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
