Key Responsibilities and Duties As a Packing Operator 1, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining and conforming to company policies and procedures Working effectively with management and team members to achieve production goals Ability to work independently and unsupervised Recognizing and separating sub-standard and/or reject connectors from acceptable quality standards Lifting and carrying 35 lbs and maintaining a standing position during a typical shift Completing all required paperwork and performing data entry into MES as necessary Practicing good housekeeping and tool maintenance Maintaining concentration on tasks and utilizing work time efficiently Performing any tasks necessary on a daily basis to maintain production flow and meeting production times within an acceptable standard Adapting to process changes and learning new skills We're looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
