About the Role
We are seeking talented and hardworking individuals to join our team of Fundraising Specialists. As a Fundraising Specialist, you will solicit donations on behalf of our non-profit partners via phone calls. Our current clients include reputable organizations such as Miracle Flights, Special Olympics, and Honor Health Foundation, among others. Key Responsibilities
As a Fundraising Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Following client-approved messaging for each campaign on every call
- Following fundraising call structure on every call
- Connecting emotionally with prospects, serving as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for the organization
- Making a compelling case for financial support on every call
- Maintaining a professional appearance and meeting dress code requirements
- Maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor
- Having fun and being passionate about making a difference in people's lives
Schedule and Work Environment
We offer a flexible schedule to our Fundraising Specialists, with standard shift hours from Monday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM CST or Sundays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST. We also offer Friday Flex from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, and occasional longer evening or morning shifts for extra hours. Our team members work remotely, and we require a strong internet connection, a headset with a microphone, and a computer (no Macs or Chromebooks) to perform the job duties.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Superior customer service skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude on every call
- Excellent communication skills
- A friendly and engaging phone presence with the ability to stay calm and objective in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using phone and Microsoft computer systems
- A desire to help others and an understanding of the importance of non-profits in our society
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in fundraising, customer service, or sales
- Knowledge of non-profit organizations and their missions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Starting pay of $13.00 per hour, with pay increases after 90 days, six months, and one year
