Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about products and services.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services to ensure expertise in customer interactions.
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Multitask effectively, managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred; accuracy and efficiency are key.
- Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer skills; ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience considered a plus.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
Requirements for Success:
- Commitment to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, between 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST.
- Availability to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
- Gaming experience is considered a plus.
