About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support throughout the delivery process. Key Responsibilities
- Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery
- Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system
- Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
- Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
- Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10 key)
- A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
