Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with ticketing and baggage handling processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Utilize computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the registration process for customers.
- Handle baggage handling tasks, including labeling and lifting, while maintaining a high level of safety and security awareness.
- Practice security-conscious behaviors in all operational cycles and systems, adhering to Delta's strict safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in open areas, handling unaccompanied minors and disabled travelers, and representing the airline in a professional manner.
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift bags or objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift bags or objects weighing between 50 and 70 pounds.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, ticketing, or baggage handling.
- Knowledge of airline operations, safety protocols, and security procedures.
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
