We're committed to delivering exceptional results and building long-term relationships with our clients and partners. **Job Summary** As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and sending emails. Your primary goal will be to direct shareholders to where they can vote on Board of Directors, ensuring that management's best interests are represented. This is a 100% remote position, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to inbound and outbound calls from shareholders, providing clear and concise information about voting procedures * Send emails to shareholders, ensuring that they have the necessary information to make informed decisions * Direct shareholders to where they can vote on Board of Directors, ensuring that management's best interests are represented * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED required * 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking * Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively over the phone * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity software * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking * Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively over the phone * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity software **Equipment Requirements** * Windows (10 or 11) – No Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc. * Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless) * Dual monitors will be beneficial, but not required * Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task * Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload **Pay and Benefits** * Pay: $20.00 - $20.00/hr * Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
