As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Blended Support Team, working to resolve customer service needs for multiple clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Gathering and verifying caller information and documenting it in the appropriate system

- Navigating through multiple systems with your computer and troubleshooting your own equipment as required
- Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer Service Experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a high call volume environment, with the ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations, with a calm and professional demeanor
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

Job Requirements and Technical Specifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Must be available to train on weekdays, during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
- Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside the company's hours of operation
- Attendance is vital, with a strong focus on reliability and punctuality
- A quiet place to work at home with a locked door, free from background noise and distractions
In terms of technical specifications, you will need:
- A Desktop Windows Computer (NO MACs or Chrome Book), with a recent generation processor (Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9/AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9)
- 8GB RAM as a floor, 16GB RAM preferred, with a dual monitor setup
- A high-quality USB headset, with the ability to be hardwired at all times
- Minimum internet speeds of 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, and LESS than 20ms ping stability, with no Spectrum
Pay and Benefits

- Pay Rate: DOE $13.00-$15.00 hourly, with opportunities for growth and development
- PT Sick time eligible after 6 months of employment, with paid time off and 401k with company match eligible after 1 year of employment
