Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities, and to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that we are available to support our customers when they need us
