About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities
- Review syndicated loan notices for manual extraction and data input, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Review automated data extraction results, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues
- Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining high levels of productivity
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders through verbal and written communication, including email
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities
Work Schedule
This is an hourly position with core hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (CST). You will be required to work a minimum of 4 hours per shift, with a minimum of 8 hours expected during peak days (typically 2-3 days per month). The number of days worked per month will vary, typically ranging from 3 to 10 days, and will be determined based on business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficiency in all current technology and Microsoft Office 365 programs, including laptop functionality, video conferencing software (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and online software programs for data entry
- Ability to utilize multiple web applications simultaneously and find specific data points based on guidance and logical reasoning
- Flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
